The meeting we had at work in the IS department was informative and interesting. For the first time (at least since I’ve been with the company) people in the department were presented awards for a variety of reasons. About a dozen of the IS employees received an award. One employee received the CIO award, which included a plaque as well as $1000 cash. Here are a few photos from the meeting. The recipients of the pie are a senior director and the CTO.

Bowling was a very good time as well. I bowled a few games with Manan, Mukund, Greg, etc. I then switched to Darren and Nate’s lane in an attempt to beat them. Nate stayed right with me until I bowled four strikes in a row and I pulled away. My highest schore was a 189. I’ll try to post some bowling pictures soon.
